OUR FINANCIAL GOAL /WHAT WE NEED

We continue to fundraise to support the family for their first year of living in Guelph. If you would like to be involved in fundraising or have some great ideas to share, please connect with us!

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

We are working with the Unitarian Congregation of Guelph (UCG) as our Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH). Through our partners at UCG we are able to process donations in the following ways:

Cheques – made out to Unitarian Congregation of Guelph with Bridge to Guelph in the memo line; mailed to Bridge to Guelph ℅ Nancy Schmidt, 60 Wyndham St. S., Unit 412, Guelph ON N1E 7H7.

Cash – to any group member

E-transfer – to bridgetoguelph2@gmail.com. If you create a security question, you can send us the answer to that same email address.

Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 and above as long as we have your full name and mailing address (including postal code). If you’re sending an e-transfer, please send those details in an email to bridgetoguelph2@gmail.com or in a message in the e-transfer itself.

OTHER WAYS TO HELP

Fundraising: Through the generous support of the community, we have raised the money needed to support the family for their first year in Canada! We continue to fundraise to cover the cost of the travel loan (to the Government of Canada) and added COVID-related expenses. If you would like to be involved in fundraising, please connect with us.

Donating items: We are putting together a Welcome Kit and checking off the last items on our Wishlist. If you would like to contribute, please contact bridgetoguelph2@gmail.com to get up to date information on our current needs.
